We do that by putting the spotlight on our guests and giving them an opportunity to talk about something they're passionate about. From cold email best practices to the dangers of vanity metrics to avoiding silver bullets, we cover it all.

Our episodes follow a "5 Questions" format (99% of the time). This allows us to break down a larger topic into 5 standalone components. The conversation is still a conversation (we don't literally ask "question 1"), and the questions we generate serve as a guide for how we want the discussion to flow.
All of that ⬆️ is discussed and built in a pre-show interview (15-20 min.) to best prepare both parties for the episode.
The typical length of an episode is 25-30 minutes, but we've talked for as little as 20 and as much as 55 minutes before.
Our audience is composed primarily of sales development professionals (SDRs, SDR Managers, Sales Leaders, etc.), and the topics we discuss reflect that. We've talked about sales silver bullets (there are none), cold email best practices, and how to leverage online sales communities, to name a few.
